A 17 year old woman went viral last week when her boyfriend, urged and recorded her, licking a tub of Blue Bell ice cream at a grocery store, and then putting it back in the freezer. Turns out, that's felony tampering and carries a max penalty of 20 years. She's 17 so she will face juvenile charges but her boyfriend is over 18 and could face a harsher penalty.
