Firefighters in Webster Groves, a neighborhood in St Louis, spent their time off converting a womans property into a handicap accessible home. When the arrived for a call they noticed the woman having a hard time navigating the yard in her motorized wheelchair. The terrain was uneven and the woman had fallen before. That's when the firefighters jumped into action, on their time off.
