Police were called about a "suspicious man" kneeling next to a broken down SUV on the road. When officers arrived, the man was trying to fix a flat tire with band aids. Not just a flat but a full on blow out with a chunk of the tire missing. The man was trying to plug the tire with gauze.
He was arrested for being under the influence of drugs and taken to jail.
