Your 'Daily Dose of Dumb' is some crime inception. William Kelley called the police after his truck was stolen in broad daylight. Surveillance video shows a man on a bike circle around Kelley's truck. Police say that Kelley left his keys on the front seat, making the vehicle easy to steal. The problem, Kelley was across the street breaking into a local business.
Police are still looking for the stolen truck.
