Todd W. Barrick is being sought by Galesburg Police in Illinois for meth. He's been caught before but he caught the eye of followers of the police departments Facebook page for how similar he looks to Walter White, a fictional character from 'Breaking Bad.' White, played by Bryan Cranston, pictured above was involved heavily in meth and drugs.
