Meanwhile in Florida...the Tampa Police Department is in search of a woman who was seen stealing packages from porches, commonly known as a "Porch Pirate." The sad part of the story, she was seen with her toddler in tow. Now, one could argue, that she was being a good mother by bringing her child with her and not leaving the child at home, alone. On the other hand, WHAT?!?! ARE YOU KIDDING US?!?!
The child was working as a "lookout."
