A man was minding his own business when a business owner approached him. The business owner, Alex Jamison, began to argue with Jon Bird over "smoking." Apparently, Bird wasn't in the right place to smoke but had received approval from an area security guard. That's when Jamison approached Bird again, this time armed with a fire extinguisher. Bird had someone record the incident for proof, in case anything happened and that's when it did. Jamison allegedly sprayed Bird in the face.
Jamison then fled the scene while the cops pulled up. See the video of the altercation and the alleged apology, below.
