Your 'Daily Dose of Dumb' is when you tell the police that your pot plants are actually peppermint. A man in Spain, did just that! The guy was pulled over and the police noticed over 1,100 pot plants in his van. When they questioned him, he claimed that they were "peppermint." The guy had over $650 and a contract for a boat. He's been arrested on Spain's drug laws.
