How’s this for a worthwhile detour …?
Peter Levesque was driving back to his home in Taunton, Massachusetts, and got frustrated because road closures forced him to take a different route.
Along the way, he stopped at a gas station in the nearby town of Raynham and decided to buy a scratch-off lottery ticket.
And, wouldn’t you know it? That ticket ended up being a $10 million winner.
Peter said he hopes to use his winnings to either build or buy a new home. And, he’s sure to have a different feeling about road closures for the rest of his life.
