Luna Fenner was born happy and healthy except for a rare skin disorder that marks her face. Many have called it "Batman mask" after the iconic superhero, Batman. Due to the mark, Fenner would be susceptible to skin cancer so her family has opted to have her undergo a procedure to fix that problem.
