Police in Terre Haute, Indiana, arrested Donald Murray after a high speed chase. Murray sped off, managed to get away but was tracked down the next morning. The best part, he has "Crime Pays" tattooed on his forehead. Murray was charged with resisting law enforcement and criminal recklessness.
