James Gird was charged with another DUI after court officials deemed Gird 'Super Drunk' after he was slurring his words in court. Gird was present to fight another DUI when he became incoherent and the judge requested testing. Gird was found to be four times over the legal limit and the investigation showed that Gird had driven himself to court, giving him the additional DUI charge. A magistrate ordered Gird to be held on a $25,000 bond and scheduled his next court appearance for March 5.
