Fast food lovers in Florida can now get their favorite Chick-fil-A sauces at the supermarket.
The chicken chain will start selling 16-ounce bottles of Chick-fil-A sauce and Polynesian sauce in Florida grocery stores starting next month. Publix, Target, Walmart and Winn-Dixie stores across the state will take part in the pilot program. Bottles will be priced at $3.49 a pop, with proceeds going to the company’s employee scholarship fund.
This is the first time Chick-fil-A has sold products in stores. And unlike the food at the chain’s restaurant locations, you can buy the sauce at supermarkets every day of the week -- even Sunday. If the sauce sells well enough, it will roll out nationwide later this year.
