A woman in New York is behind bars after stealing a cop car. An officer was on a foot chase when they dropped their patrol car keys. That's when Kassie Moses swiped them. Moses then jumped into the car and sped off. A chase ensued but Moses wasn't able to escape because she got stuck in traffic. Moses side swiped another patrol car when she tried to turn onto a bridge where there was a minor traffic jam. Moses has been arrested 12 times before so make this lucky number 13.
