Lil Nas X and his latest endeavor is going up in flames. Nike is suing Lil Nas X, an Atlanta native, for copyright infringement after Lil Nas X's "Satan Shoes" hit social media. The "satan shoes" are described as having a drop of human blood incorporated in them. While it doesn't appear that the shoes would actually ever be made, or sold, Nike is doing what they can in protecting their brand, identity and distancing themselves from MSCHF Product Studio Inc.,
The shoes are Nike Air Max 97's, colored black with red piping and accents. The initial release alarmed Christian groups and religious people nationwide.
