Fat truth … So, do you know where the fat goes when you lose weight? Here are a few hints: It's not converted into energy, doesn't turn into muscle, and has nothing to do with going number two. You're not alone if you don’t know. In fact, two scientists from the University of South Wales surveyed doctors, nutritionists and personal trainers – and a whopping 98 percent did not know. The answer is … fat is converted to carbon dioxide and water. You breathe out the carbon dioxide and the water is lost as urine or sweat. Most of the fat is released when we exhale. GUY LANDS A JOB WITH A SONG
Chase Zreet applied to work on a Sprite account with a New York ad agency. Instead of submitting a traditional cover letter, he chose to send a three-minute video of himself rapping about his love for Sprite. He also included his qualifications in advertising. He even titled it, "Cover Letter."
It worked! The video stood out to the creative director and Chase got the job! He starts with the agency next month! He's not sure he'll be on the Sprite team, but he's excited to be heading to NYC!
