UPDATE ON OFFICER MATT COOPER

Hundreds Of thousands of you from all over the country continue to reach out to us to show your support for the Cooper family. Words cannot express how touched we all are. Officer Cooper had another restful day and night . He's responding to questions by the squeeze of a hand and even waved to his nurse as she left the room!

Not only is he off a ventilator, the staff at Grady has removed it from the room! Matt is continuing to fight and his progress, though slow , is impressive . Officer Cooper still has a very long way to go so please continue your positive thoughts and prayers. Matt’s condition remains serious .

Please continue praying for the Cooper family. We will post updates when they are made available to us.  #148 Strong

JASON'S STORY -

SCARED TEEN PILOT MAKES EMERGENDY LANDING AFTER PLANE LOSES WHEEL

Maggie Taraska is a high school senior.  She's also a pilot.

She successfully made an emergency landing after losing a wheel during her first solo flight this past Sunday.  And despite how scared she was, she plans to return to the cockpit soon.

Even though she was scared and "stressed", she was able to pull herself together with the help of her instructor (on the ground).

She landed without a scratch although the single-engine Piper PA28 suffered significant damage. After the plane came to a bumpy halt on the grass, she got out into the waiting arms of her father, Walt.
