•The movie's trailer had 31.4 million views on YouTube the first week it was released in March.

•In Australia, a poster showing the four turtles jumping from an exploding skyscraper for its September 11th release caused some controversy. Paramount had to remove the poster and apologize.

•There have been four other Ninja Turtle films, most recently TMNT in 2007.

•The Ninja Turtles began as a comic book series created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. It ran from 1984 to 2010.

WHAT'S IT ABOUT? Displaced from their native India, the Kadam family, settles in the quaint village in the south of France. Filled with charm, it is both picturesque and elegant – the ideal place to settle down and open an Indian restaurant, the Maison Mumbai. That is, until the chilly chef proprietress of Le Saule Pleureur, a Michelin starred, classical French restaurant run by Madame Mallory, gets wind of it. Her icy protests against the new Indian restaurant a hundred feet from her own, escalate to all out war between the two establishments.
