It's back to life as usual for Kelly Osbourne. After suffering a seizure on the set of Fashion Police March 7, Osbourne, 28, has finally been released from the hospital -- but the cause of her health scare remains unknown.
"After a five-day hospital stay, Kelly Osbourne has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor," her rep confirmed to E! News. "Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results. She is looking forward to returning to Fashion Police this week and getting back to business and life as usual."
Osbourne tweeted to her fans shortly after she was admitted to the hospital, "Thank you all for your beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why?"
And she was patiently waiting for test results from her hospital bed. "My life is now like an episode of House = the impending fight against death and the look of fear in everyones faces!" she tweeted Monday.
Though she didn't receive "conclusive results," Osbourne is excited to be getting her life back to normal."Thank you to all the Doctors Nurses Medical Staff and Employees at Cedars Sinai Hospital for fixing me enough to go home," she wrote. "It's so nice to being bed!"
Osbourne's mother Sharon also addressed her daughter's health on The Talk Monday and said she's back to her old (mischievous) self. "She's on medication. She's fine. Nobody knows why she had it . . . Can't figure out a reason why, but she is fine and naughty."
Hundreds of Taylor Swift Fan Letters Found in Nashville Dumpster

While recycling newspapers near her home in south Nashville this past weekend, Kylee Francescan [fran-CESS-can] stumbled over a find in a dumpster that could break hearts the world over: hundreds of fan letters addressed to Taylor Swift, many of them unopened.
"I didn't know if they were stolen, discarded. So I threw them in a box. And I'm like, 'Somebody needs to let Taylor know.'"
Apparently, letters addressed to the star frequently show up at an address on Main Street in Hendersonville, Tennessee -- a P.O. box in a strip mall -- where a rep for the star frequently pick up the caches of correspondence. It's not known why these particular letters wound up in the dumpster, but Paula Erickson, a rep for the star, says she wants to get to the bottom of it.
Erickson issued a statement saying, "Taylor gets thousands of fan letters every day and they are delivered to her management office. After the letters are opened and read, they are recycled. The only explanation for any letters being unopened would be that a small batch of mail that was supposed to be delivered to Taylor was accidentally put with letters headed for the recycling center."
Francescan says she wants the letters returned to the singer so they can be "responded to properly."

Elin Nordegren Dating Coal Billionaire Chris Cline

Has Elin Nordegren rebounded with a man even richer than her ex-husband Tiger Woods ? The New York Post's Page Six reports that the Swedish former model, 33, is seeing Chris Cline, a coal magnate worth $1.2 billion. Cline, 53, has a mansion in the posh Seminole Landing development in North Palm Beach, Fla., where Nordegren has been renovating a massive new home. (The blonde stunner famously razed the $12 million property for a complete rebuild of the property, which is nearly complete.)
"Elin and Chris have been dating since the holidays," a source tells Page Six of the very quiet new couple. Married twice, Cline is a father of four, owns a luxury yacht called Mine Games, and apparently hosted a Mitt Romney fundraiser in his home last September.Nordegren's famous ex-husband Woods, meanwhile, has been dating Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn for several months, and even dispatched his private jet to fetch the gold medalist in Austria following a serious injury.
Another sign of progress for Nordegren and Woods, 37, who split in 2010 after one of the most epic cheating scandals in recent memory? They reunited last month -- and were photographed together for the first time in years -- at a youth sporting event in Jupiter, Fla. with their kids Sam, 5, and Charlie, 4. The now-amicable exes chatted for half an hour and "appeared to enjoy each other's company," according to TMZ.
A rep for Cline had no comment to Page Six.
