Starry Night Atlanta

A late afternoon of family fun benefiting the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Starry Night Atlanta is a 5K, 1M walk, Kid Zone with bouncies and face painting, and a team village for attendees to gather at and play games. What makes this event special and unique is that it concludes in a lantern ceremony just after dusk where we light lanterns for the children currently fighting a brain tumor, the children we have lost to a brain tumor and those that surround them with love (I've attached a photo for a visual).

It's hard to explain just how special this is to our parents. Last year we had over 60 families attend and so, while the event is a fundraiser to raise money and awareness, it's also an opportunity for families to come together and bond, share stories, and celebrate their children.

Registration starts at 3:30p at Promenade in Piedmont Park. Rough schedule is fun from 3:30p-5p in Kids Zone, Team Village and other areas, then run/walk at 5:30p and lantern ceremony around 7:30p.
