PARENTS SUE THIRTY YEAR-OLD SON
A couple in New York is going to court to force their 30-year-old son to move out.
They say he is refusing to leave the house despite multiple notices they gave him. Their son says he wasn't given enough notice to leave.
According to court filings, he doesn't contribute to the family's expenses and doesn't even lift a finger around the house to help out either.
The family is scheduled to hash it out again in court at the end of the month.
