JASON'S STORY -

KENNESAW EMPLOYEE FIRED FOR THREATENING SUBWAY WORKERS

A Kennesaw city employee was fired after pretending to be an officer and threatening two Subway restaurant employees for charging for extra cheese on his sub.

Yep...he got charged an extra 80 cents and he was FURIOUS!

He said, “I’m gonna bust a cap in your (expletive). Let’s go outside right now,” according to the arrest warrant.  He also allegedly said, “Hey (expletive), I’m a cop. I’m going to arrest you.”

As a result, Eric McMillian, the city’s former business license specialist, was arrested Tuesday for allegedly making terroristic threats and impersonating an officer.
