KRISTEN'S STORY - WINNER

THREE-DAY WEEKENDS WOULD BOOST PRODUCTIVITY

Kristen has vowed to continue the fight for a four-day work week.  Every time she comes across more research supporting the cause...she's going to share it!

According to a new study from Oxford University, employees who work only four days a week are happier, more motivated and procrastinate less.

Researchers found that all this happiness in the office leads to a decrease in absences, as well as an increase in sales and customer satisfaction.

The researchers went so far as to say the four-day workweek is “spot on” in terms of striking the perfect work-life balance.

We’ve all been working five days per week -- and not really even thinking about it. We all know those two days off each week go too fast. Why hasn’t this idea of a four-day work week taken off?

How often do you come back from a weekend refreshed and ready? How often are you fired up and totally ready to work on Monday? Never, right?
