FARM BURGER -
Farm Burger is offering free meals to furloughed federal employees every Friday until the government shutdown ends. To show their support for those out of work, every Farm Burger location nationwide is launching "Furlough Fridays," which includes a free chicken burger, fries and an iced tea to federal government employees who show their valid ID.*
This includes Farm Burger’s four locations around Atlanta including Dunwoody, Grant Park, Decatur and Buckhead.
*Upon request, the chicken burger can be topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, housemade pickles, and mayo. Additional ingredients are available at standard menu pricing. The Furlough Friday combo is offered all day while supplies last. Limit of one meal per eligible guest per day. Offer is valid in-store only.

All Of The Above Electric is based out of Paulding County. They are offering all government employees being affected by the shut down 25% off of their services to them. Electricity is something almost everyone needs. So they want to make this offer in hopes that it may help someone in need.

GEORGIA POWER CUSTOMERS -
In an effort to provide support to unpaid federal workers and contractors in Georgia, the state’s largest utility, Georgia Power, is donating $50,000 to the non-profit group Saint Vincent De Paul Georgia.
Through the fund, impacted families can ask for assistance by submitting an email request to Georgia Power through to gapowerassistancefund@svdpgeorgia.org.
