Pedro Viloria noticed something was wrong with a customer when he went to hand her the food. He told NBC News that she looked like she was barely breathing. Suddenly, the vehicle started to move and the children in the backseat began to scream!
Fortunately, the curb stopped the vehicle from going into traffic. Surveillance video also shows a woman running to help and a police officer who had, luckily, come in for breakfast around the same time.
