January Neatherlin, 31, was operating a day care center out of her home. Police say she left seven children, between the ages of 6 months and four years, at her home alone while she went to a tanning salon.
Police were watching her after receiving a tip from a concerned citizen. They saw parents drop off their children and then watched January leave the home a few hours later. When police checked on the kids, they were unattended.
