Amanda Mangas, 23, was dying of a gunshot wound to her chest when she said two words to police: "Where's Winston?"
They were Amanda's last words, and they sparked a massive three-state manhunt to search for her infant son. According to a statement from police in Delta, Ohio, 10-month-old Winston Ramey is now safe, thanks to that tip from his mother. He was found in Indiana’s Fulton County with his father, James Ramey, 27.
Ramey, Amanda's ex, was charged with her murder.
