Sam Hunt and Little Big Town continue their reign at number one. Sam’s latest single “Body Like a Back Road” tops the Hot Country Songs chart for a third week, while LBT’s Taylor Swift-penned tune, "Better Man" tops the Country Airplay chart for a second week.
Meanwhile, Alison Krauss’ Windy City is number one on both the Country Albums and Bluegrass Albums charts, after moving 38,000 equivalent albums units, 36,000 in pure sales. It is her second number one album, following 2011’s Paper Airplane, which she recorded with her band Union Station.
Elsewhere on the chart:
- Jason Aldean’s “Any Ol’ Barstool” lands at number ten on the Hot Country Songs chart, Jason’s 26th Top Ten hit.
- Lauren Alaina’s “Road Less Traveled” is at number nine on the Country Airplay chart, her first Top Ten single.
- Jessie James Decker’s EP “Gold” debuts at number five on the Country Albums chart, matching her highest debut on the chart.
