The 2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival returns to Las Vegas Sept. 22 and 23 at the T-Mobile Arena and Kelsea Ballerini is the first country artist on the lineup. She’ll perform on the Daytime Village stage across from the Luxor Hotel & Casino Sept. 23. The main stage performance slate will be unveiled at a later date.
