Brantley Gilbert will kick off his The Ones That Like Me Tour on February 1st and he admits he isn’t very hands on when it comes to his staging and set design.
Brantley trusts the folks who work with him, who he describes as “amazing,” and while he says they “value my opinion and my ideas,” his people knows what I like. He notes, “They surprise me with production most of the time.”
It’s during rehearsals that Brantley starts to speak up. He notes, “if I see something I don’t like I can tell them and they’ll fix it by the time we’re out of there we’ll have a different idea.”
