Sam Hunt has been living a low-key life since marrying his longtime love, Hannah Lee, last year.
"I do things like work in the yard now, which I had not done before. On and off planes, on and off buses, on and off stages, that was life for three years and that's slowed down in the last 12 months."
He's finally resurfaced with his new song "Downtown Is Dead" and says another song is coming soon.
It's easy to forget that stars are people too. Most artists would just fade away after being gone for a year, but Sam's still got appeal.
