Buckhead "Pink Palace" Sells For $4.3 Million

You've probably driven by it, the famous "Pink Palace" in Buckhead is a tourist attraction. It just sold for $4.3 millions dollars.

It was built in the 20's and has some amazing architecture. At one point was listed at over $20 million worth. The European-style estate just off West Paces Ferry was foreclosed on in 2012. It wasn't recently listed at $4.9 million but sold for just under that, according to the Atlanta Chronicle. (Patch.com)

Bonneau Ansley III and Ansley Atlanta Real Estate of Peachtree Park sold the mansion to unnamed buyers.

Here's the specs on the mansion:

- Built in 1926

-12060 sq. Ft.

- 6 Bathrooms: 6 Full and 4 Half Baths

- Designed by Neel Reid/Schutzs and features high ceilings, main level entertaining & everyday living, oversized dining room & formal living room. Plus, Renovated kitchen with a sunroom looking out to the swimming pool.

It's beautiful....but I'm gonna guess haunted too. Gotta be! I'll take it though!
