You've probably driven by it, the famous "Pink Palace" in Buckhead is a tourist attraction. It just sold for $4.3 millions dollars.
It was built in the 20's and has some amazing architecture. At one point was listed at over $20 million worth. The European-style estate just off West Paces Ferry was foreclosed on in 2012. It wasn't recently listed at $4.9 million but sold for just under that, according to the Atlanta Chronicle. (Patch.com)
