Pasco Police released dash cam footage on the Facebook page, after one officer was literally seconds from tragedy happening.
Officer Raul Cavazos was talking with another driver at a temporary 4-way stop. Just seconds after he walks back to his car, another car gets t-boned in the intersection and flew directly at the spot he was just standing.
