A moron in Florida, saw a cop car with it's engine running and tried to jump in and steal it... problem was that a cop was in it.
Officer Robie Troutman was in his cruiser doing a report when he heard someone jiggling the handles of his doors. The front door opened and he saw Aaron Orlando Rodriguez trying to get inside. Rodriguez then quickly fled but was caught short time later.
He admitted he was trying to steal the car to get a ride home. Police also found a weed pipe and a stolen cell phone in his pocket. Maybe he should've just called a ride!
Rodriguez, faces charges of attempted grand theft, loitering and prowling and possession of drug equipment. (TCPalm)
