EAV Barbell Club in East Atlanta Village is making viral rounds after a vulgar and very discriminatory sign they've posted. The owner Jim Chambers posted the "No F***ing Cops" on his gym door and a picture on Instagram that has sparked outrage.
He wrote, "we simplified our membership policy"
Chambers told WXIA-TV that his gym has not allowed police since they opened because many patrons of the gym don't like officers. He even mentioned how active military aren't welcome either.
The ATL police Department says this won't deter them from responding to emergencies at the location, but I wouldn't fault them for taking their sweet time.
This is vial, disrespectful and disgusting to me. Not to mention, I'm pretty sure it violates a lot of discrimination laws that deal with businesses. To deny the vary men and women who put their lives on the line to save ours and give him the freedom to be an a**hole, is just uncalled for and ridiculous. I'm gonna guess this business won't last real long.
I'm curious to see how fast he goes back on that policy when one of his family members or children need those very people to save their life.
Let's quite with all the HATE for real! It's ruining the beautiful country and culture in America that we could have. #MoreLove
