Kane Brown is speaking out for struggling families who have trouble paying rent and making ends meet. He grew up with a single mom who had this struggle, it's why "Make Room" is so close to his heart.
Brown told Otis, "[growing up] me and my mom lived in a car for a while." He continued saying he "never had a bedroom to call my own," and "we moved about 15 times". For children, this can be devastating to their education and self-esteem. Not to mention, they never feel settled or "at home".
