Researchers at Goldsmiths, University of London found the key to living longer and being happy is doing this activity for at least 20 mins, often. Even more so than yoga or walking your dog!

Researchers found that it boosted your mood by upwards of 21%, which doulbe what yoga or walking your dog can do in the same amount of time. Previous research has shown that music releases chemicals that make us happier and relaxes the brain. This can lead to happier and longer lives.
"Our research showcases the profound impact gigs have on feelings of health, happiness and wellbeing – with fortnightly or regular attendance being the key," said Patrick Fagan, an expert in behavioral science and associate lecturer at Goldsmith’s University in London. Read more: (DailyMail)
