People magazine just featured country music's newest engaged couple, Chris Lane and Lauren Bushnell. He wrote her a song and played it for her for the first time, then proposed.
Lane has been dating Bushnell for several months now, and the couple gushes constantly on Instagram about how in love they are. It only seemed a matter of time before he popped the question. Lane tells the story in a video her released about wanting to write a song for her, and while playing it, he knew when the 3rd verse came he started sweating and shaking with nerves. He knew he was about to get on one knee. He even mentioned in the verse where he hid the ring.
Bushnell said "I can't quit looking at my finger" in another gushy post about how in love she was with Lane on Instagram. She was a former contestant on "The Bachelor" but it looks like she found love in the music scene.
