It's possibly the last Christmas for one Tampa veteran and all he wanted was a snowy white Christmas and to make snow angels. His cousin made the miracle happen. You've got to see his reaction! *Grab Tissues*
Albert Septien is battling cancer and effects of Agent Orange exposure from the Vietnam war, in which he served. Doctors told him this year may be the last Christmas he sees, as the disease seems to be progressing. All Albert asked for this year was to feel like a kids again and see some white snow for Christmas. Thanks to some family members and local help, he got his wish.
He lives in Tampa, Fl so there isn't ever much chance of snow, so his cousin Joe brought the snow to him. With donations and family members help, he hired a company to bring in a snow machine and fills hi yard full of snow. When Albert walked out he was in instant tears. The magic was so real. The first thing he did was fall into the snow on his back and make a snow angel. For one moment, he got to forget everything and be a kid again.
He also said that the chemo makes him feel as if he has a furnace in his body, the snow was a huge relief and felt so great on his skin! .... OK, now my eyes are sweating!
