If you've had a rough week, try one or all of these three things! Guaranteed stress reliever!

Weeks and days start melting together with all the restrictions and nervous anxiety from what's going on in the World. Social media is eating us up from negativity and fake news. Step away from all that and try these proven things to instantly de-stress.

  • Crank up your favorite music (Tell Alexa to "Play 94 Point 9 The Bull on IHeart Radio) and DANCE your heart out! This is my go to. I live for music! It is apart of my heart and soul.

According to Arthur Murray dance studios, The scientific reason is dance makes your body feel good, which in turn makes your mind feel good. Neurotransmitters send out chemicals called endorphins. • Watch cute animals for 30 mins - I'm a huge animal lover, how can you not smile and feel good when you see an adorable bunny, or a cute puppy the just wants to snuggle. Try it.

University of Leeds and Tourism Western Australia did a study with animals and found watching videos of cute animals can significantly reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, according to the New York Post. Analysis of heart rates and blood pressure, found that anxiety levels were reduced on average by 35%.

  • Laughing Out Loud - Comedy is a major release for me. I've always needed humor to get my mind away from dark moments I've encountered. I often have a dark sense of humor but it's because it's my outlet when things get painful or hurtful.

Laughing stimulate many organs like heart, lungs and muscles. It releases endorphins as well to regulate your body and stress. The Mayo clinic reports, "A rollicking laugh fires up and then cools down your stress response, and it can increase and then decrease your heart rate and blood pressure. The result? A good, relaxed feeling."

Try no laughing at these laughing babies above! So therapeutic! Happy Weekend Y'all!
