A sweet private message has gone viral after a UPS driver leaves a message about the homeowners new baby on Nest cam.
Dallen Harrell, 24, was making a delivery last week in Roswell when he stopped to talk into the Nest cam at one of his homes. He said, "If this is the ‘It’s a Boy’ house … I hope all is going well with your newborn,” he said. “I had a child at around the same time you guys did, and I just hope everything is going good. God bless and happy holidays.”
The homeowner Jess Kitchel shared the video and captioned it, "It is really easy to focus on what isn’t going right now with staffing storages but it was good to be reminded that there are still great people working hard every day for us! I really wish I knew his name but I hope he comes back and if he does there will be diapers waiting for him!@ups@lghtsknn"
Spreading this kind of love over the holidays and even on a normal day is so awesome. We all need to take a little note from this UPS driver! You never know what one simple thing you say could mean to someone else. Make it a point to try and say something kind to someone today.
Jess shared a pic with the driver and also linked to Harrell’s baby registries at Target and Buy Buy Baby
Since then, Harrell told the Washington Post that he has gotten multiple packages a day, mostly from strangers.
