KFC is apologizing after a customer opened her bucket of special recipe chicken and found something extra special.... the full fried chicken head.
A woman in London was disgusted by the full head of a chicken she found when she ordered a bucket of Hot Wings from KFC. Gabrielle, posted a review along with a picture of the entire fried chicken head on the KFC social media and gave it 2 stars. She wrote, "I found a fried chicken head in my hot wing meal, put me off the rest, ugh."
It seems this is a rare occurrence for KFC but they didn't deny that sometimes things get through processing that they didn't intend. The company gave her a full refund and lots of free certificates for her ordeal. The released an apology statement saying, “Put simply, we serve real chicken — and we’re proud of that — but this has clearly slipped through the strict processes and checks in place with our suppliers, partners and teams, who freshly prepare everything in our restaurants."
So let me get this straight maam..... you're mad that the dead fried chicken corpse you ordered to eat.... had a fried head too? And you'd like a refund cause 'that's disgusting!'?
