When you're hangry an really wanted a mediocre steak from a buffet line, sometimes it turns into a full out brawl. (You know... if you don't know how to act like an adult)
Police are investigating a 40-person fight that took place, allegedly over a steak shortage. It happened at a Golden Corral Buffett in Pennsylvania. It's a sad world, when this type of outburst seems to be happening everywhere these days. People are forgetting how to act like grown adults when they don't get their way in stores, on planes, and now at the buffet.
In the video that is going viral, punches are being thrown and high chairs flying as a full on riot seems to have begun, while store employees try to stop the brawl.
Bensalem police confirm that more than 40 people where apart of the melee after an argument among some customers started it all. Officers are still looking into what caused the argument but one employee said it was over a steak shortage.
“I’ve never seen nothing like that in Golden Corral before,” former employee Dylan Becker told CBS. “From what I heard it was over steak, apparently somebody cut in line.
Other patrons mentioned the same thing saying, “There was a shortage of steak and two parties were involved and one family cut in front of another family, they were taking their time and they ran out of steak and it got into a heated exchange at the tables." You can even hear a man say in the video, "all I wanted was some steak.”
Golden Corral hasn't responded on what caused the incident but did release a statement saying, “Thankfully, no serious injuries have been reported. The safety of our guests and co-workers is our top priority.”
It's so ridiculous how some people act these days. Grow up. You're mama woulda busted your butt for acting like that when you where 7 or 8, so you have no excuse to act like that when you're grown. I'm the first to get really HANGRY when I haven't had dinner, but I'm still mature enough to deal with my anger like a normal human.
Thank god they didn't run out of the swirl ice cream... I can't imagine how that would've gone!
