We've all wanted to tell our boss how we really feel at work at some point. This man only has a few weeks before he's gonna leave his job so he tells his boss how he REALLY feels and it's a mic drop.
TikToker @KrisDrinksLemondae has garnered over 2.2 million views on his video of a work evaluation. The employer is talking about his weaker performance this year, and how he used to be one of the top employees for the company. That's when he let's her have it.
He explains that he hasn't had a raise in 2 years, despite being a top producing employee. When asked about the raise, he was told that his pay was "fair market value" and that he should be happy with a below average salary. That's when he made an effort (or lack there of) to just be the below average employee that he was being paid to be. When there is no incentive to grow the company and be rewarded for your efforts, then you create an environment where no one wants to try hard.
How many people feel like this at their current jobs... UGH. Happens way too often! That's why people are quitting left and right these days. Undervalued and underpaid. This man is our spirit animal.
