Nature can be a beast and this video from Kansas proves how quickly it can turn.
3 people were killed and 15,000 left without power when a powerful EF-3 tornado tore through south-central Kansas on Friday.
Videos of the terrifying moments are popping up all over social media. A drone in the sky captured incredible video of the twister near Wichita as it destroyed homes. Some where completely knocked off foundations, as the twister remained for 20 minutes with winds reaching 165 mph. More than 1000 buildings were damage. Among them, City Hall, the Andover YMCA and Prairie Creek Elementary School were among buildings heavily damaged. Field crews from the National Weather Service are still working through the damage.
Praying for all of the people effected. I've been through some powerful storm in the Midwest, but this is next level.
