UPDATE: Austin's Mother told Moote, Kimmie, And Otis this morning that he's received over 3,000 cards and even one from as far away as Kuwait.

Austin Sosebee is just a typical 8-year-old that loves Spiderman, playing water guns, and laughing with other kids. But he suffers from Autism and ADHD, and no one his Aunt told CBS 46, ”My nephew turns 9 on September 14th. Last year, he didn’t have anyone show up to his birthday party.
Austin has trouble making friends but is a good and happy kid. He deserves, like any kid, to know that he matters and is loved by the world around him. “He is a little discouraged that people don’t think of him. He is autistic and doesn’t understand,” said Aunt Bri. She continued, ”People tend to bully him at school, no one wants to show up to any of his events. Every kid deserves to be loved and he deserves to have friends show up.”
His family is throwing him a 9th birthday party on Sept 17th, but all they are asking for from strangers around Georgia is to write and send birthday cards to Austin.
We talked with Austin and his mother this morning on Moote, Kimmie & Otis and when asked what he wanted for his birthday... all Austin said was "I wanna have fun!"

We're gonna take this Birthday up a notch and make it the most EPIC one yet! Chuck E. Cheese has committed to bringing pizza and invited Austin to their Grand Opening this week (Pics below). Kulture City is working on an amazing Hawks/Falcons experience for him. We'd also love for lots of kids to show up and have fun with him.
