The Braves have accomplished 2 major things this week! Spencer Strider hits 200 strikeouts and The Braves Clinch. #LetsCelebrate
Our hometown squad just locked a fifth consecutive postseason appearance, The National League East race in really tight with the NY Mets in 1st and the Braves only a few games out.
Travis d'Arnaud and Dansby Swanson both homered to edge the Nationals 3-2 on Tuesday night. Playoffs were clinched when the Mets pulled a comeback win over the Brewers less than 30 mins later.
Another major note this week was, #TheStache, Spencer Strider became the fastest rookie to reach 200 strikeouts. It hasn't been done since Randy Johnson in 2001.
