Florida Man Fakes Robbery To Miss Work

Meanwhile in Florida...Brian Anderson was arrested and charged for multiple offenses including "misuse of the 911 system" after faking a robbery just to miss going to work. Police say Anderson didn’t want to show up for his shift at a Hardee’s, so he called 911 and reported he’d just been robbed. Brian Anderson of Dundee told dispatchers that two men, carrying guns, took his necklace, money and phone before taking off in a car.

When police arrived, they quickly realized that no robbery had taken place.
