Meanwhile in Florida... a man was arrested for indecent exposure, Sunday, after showing up to Lee Memorial Hospital completely naked. According to an arrest report, Irving Howard arrived at the hospital and approached officers who were conducting an assault investigation. At first, Howard was fully clothed. Police asked him to leave, and he did. A few minutes later, Howard returned, completely naked, and told police, “I’m ready to go.”
When police asked him where his clothes went, Howard said he didn’t know they were gone. Amazingly, Howard has been arrested over 240 times. Add one more to the list. He was arrested on indecent exposure charges.
