The family of Donovan Bulger, who died after an accident three years ago, witnessed what being an organ donor truly means. The St Louis Cardinals had "Transplant Awareness Day" when Donovan's family attended. While they were walking around the stadium, a family member noticed a man that resembled the donor Donovan gave his heart to. John Sueme had been in heart failure for five years before receiving Donovan's heart. John was very kind and allowed Donovan's family to hear how his heart is beating.
